Equipment Operation Control and Working Principle:
1. The rewinding unit features independent control, with high-efficiency torque and moment conversion modes; during normal operation, it can automatically maintain synchronous tracking regardless of speed changes.
2. Automatic tension control, utilizing Mitsubishi tension control from Japan, ensures stable maintenance of the initial set tension; tension remains unaffected by speed variations and is continuously adjustable.
3. Material‑changing, flip‑type winding; the flipping angle is 360° in a continuous cycle, with a normal roll‑change flipping angle of 180°. The drive system consists of an electric motor and a reducer.
4. Cutting Method: For roll‑change operations, the system can be configured to issue an early warning when a preset length is reached and automatically stop the cut; alternatively, it can be set to use a manual button to trigger pneumatic blade reversal while simultaneously performing the automatic cut, or to disable cutting altogether, with the blade retracting to its original position after the cut.
5. The take-up reel is located at stations A and B, with independent servo control; during switching, it simultaneously receives tension feedback signals and automatically adjusts torque to maintain the initially set tension.
