Equipment Operation Control and Working Principle
1. Independent winding control, featuring high-efficiency torque and moment conversion modes; during normal operation, it can automatically track synchronization regardless of speed changes.
2. Automatic tension control with an automatic tracking and adjustment function, ensuring stable maintenance of the initially set tension; tension remains unaffected by speed variations, and is adjustable with a precision ranging from 1 N to 100 N.
3. When changing the roll on the shaft, the system switches from pneumatic servo control to travel mode and clamps the standby shaft for the roll change.
4. Cutting method: For roll change, the system can be configured to issue an early warning at a preset length and automatically stop cutting, or it can be set to use a manual button for pneumatic push‑in combined with automatic cutting; alternatively, the cutter can be disabled. The cut is unidirectional, and after cutting, the blade retracts to its original position.
5. Rewinding shaft with cyclical operation, independent servo control, and automatic torque regulation.
