Equipment operation control and working principle:
1. Independent control of rewinding, with high-efficiency torque and torque conversion mode, any acceleration and deceleration during normal operation can be automatically tracked and synchronized.
2. Automatic tension control, using Japan Mitsubishi tension control, can maintain the stability of the initial set tension, the tension is not affected by the speed increase or decrease, and the tension is adjustable.
3. The material-changing and turning-over rewinding, the turning range is 360o cycle, the normal roll-changing turning range is 180o, and the transmission system is composed of a motor drive and a reducer.
4. Cutting method: the roll change can be automatically cut off according to the design of the length in advance, or you can choose the manual button to turn over and automatically cut off at the same time, or you can choose to close the cut and return to the original position after cutting.
5. The rewinding shaft is AB station, independent servo control, conversion and receiving tension feedback signal at the same time, automatically adjust the torque, and maintain the initial set tension.
